Good view, good breakfast.

The view from the room is impressive.

Better if we can access to the hotel from nearby pier. Unfortunately, the boat doesnt reach that pier, so, we had to walk quite far to the hotel. The pillow was a bit too soft, not the most comfortable.

Fantastic room, view and owner. Everything 10/10

Our stay here was the absolute highlight of our trip so far. The place was newly renovated, all the amenities and equipments provided were all new and of high quality. It was evident that the owner put in a lot of thoughts in designing this place. Michael was also easygoing and allowed us to check in a bit earlier and let us store our bags before our ferry arrived. The view overlooking the lake from the room was absolutely magnificient. We had swans and ducks swimming to our room in the early morning, presumably hunting for food. The breakfast prepared was also delicious and sumptuous.

Not much! But if I had to nitpick.. Going to this place requires a bit of walk from the ferry station so try not to bring too much luggage like we did.

The location and lake view were great, the room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast and the person who brought it were nice.

I did not like the situation that there was nobody personally to check you in and to communicate your questions or needs, everything had to go via messages. This looks like the owners of this hotel are not trying, like they are not interested in their guests, only in the money the guests pay.

The view of Hallstatt is and great friendly birds and swans right out your windows.

Staff at the restaurant can be grumpy, maybe because we looked Chinese and they get a lot of those.
