Good location to watch the cricket and sunsets!

- The room was a nice size and well layout with a western toilet. - It was in good walking distance of the stadium and park street. - Bar/restuant served nice food and a okay selection of drinks. - The floatal had nice views from the top deck. - Staff were nice and would help wherever needed.

It really lacks a hotel guide like most hotels have to give you direction on the hotel and nearby amenities, for examples it took me a few days to work the shower out! also i didnt realise breakfast was free or what time there served it! so i didnt get none until the final day! Giving people a welcome booklet would be super helpful. Bar service is slow, however you will find this whereever you go in india.

Stay is ideal for a great view But the beds are too small don't go if you are having a child Food quality is very low,got cold and unfresh food in buffet

The most important thing of a hotel is the room and the bed placed in that specific room The bed as I was talking about is exceptional poor in terms of size . Most importantly, food quality is the poorest among all, worst food quality.

Despite a great location everything about this place is below average. The restaurant is overpriced and food is bad The place felt understaffed it took them ages to get us water for the rooms, the phones in the room also don't work properly. Our biggest problem was we were initially told they had complimentary breakfast, and even at the time of check in we were not informed otherwise Only after we had eaten our breakfast did they inform us that we had to pay for. It felt as if we were cheated and they forced us to pay for the breakfast

Very good

Excellent service and great location (especially if you are traveling to the Eden Gardens) with a old-world charm at this floating hotel with some stunning views of the Howrah bridge. Particularly appreciate the services of Tannu at the front desk who was quick, efficient and ever smiling. Really liked the stay!
