Peppertree by the Sea by Capital Vacations

This was the worst experience I have had coming to North Myrtle Beach in over 40 years. I was suppose to have a balcony but didn't only had a large window to look out at ocean and it was filthy, we had 2 vehicles and could only park 1 in lot and the other a block back, got up the next morning to maintenance knocking on door to let us know there was a water leak below us and they had to come in and check it out which is understandable but they didn't offer to move us at all. We went to Breakfast and came back to no communication on what was going on with our room and had to go hunt down someone to get some answers which is bad customer service on their part. Finally got someone in Laundry which she was rude saying they could let us shower in another room for the time being until ours was fixed which ended up being over 24 hours before it was fixed. Went to front desk to speak to a manager and he told me there was not one onsite which is BS and it being a holiday weekend so I ended up making them give me an additional room which they should have offered from the beginning........and the pool was closed all weekend long with them telling us it would open Saturday when I checked in on Friday and another staff telling us it was going to be closed all weekend long so I highly recommend checking this place out closely before reserving a room from them. And lastly this is a Capital Vacation property which I have stayed at several here in the US and this by far was the worst one.
