Except the rude staff at the spa-pool we had a nice time, good food and nice experience.

Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the Italian restaurant was very nice with good service and great food. Backyard is beautiful too.

Staff at the spa-pool were rude and generally not helpful or welcoming. I couldnt get any spa treatments at all since I had 2 kids (age 8 & 11). House rules says I cant leave them alone. Of course they cant go in the pool alone or stay in the room or backyard alone for an hour while I get a massage. Theyre not babies, hello? Another thing was that the bowling place charged us but it was so much fun that its ok with me.

Bar wasn't always available No room service My Room wasn't made up after the first night The bath/shower cover does not stop a lot of water falling on the floor
