Patatran Village Hotel is well position with a lovely beach and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is way over prices, the dining experience is below average and the rooms are nice and big but very basic.

Great location, nice staff - overpriced

-Location -very friendly staff -nice welcoming -breakfast was good

-Dinner seemed to be recycled every second day. Buffet one day, next day left overs as a menu -some things are run down and not functioning -we were locked out on the balcony one night because when you close the balcony door , sometimes it locks itself (broken lock system). It took us two and a half hours and many expensive phone minutes (40 minutes on the phone with booking. One minute cost you 2,50 ) to get in touch with the hotel to help us out of our misery. It was really nice of the lady that came in the middle of the night and who had gotten woke. Up by her Manager to help us, but in general, I think there should be an easier way to get in touch with the hotel in an emergency situation. Usually we would have had our young daughter with us, who in this situation, wouldve been alone in the room.

Generally Im disappointed by ugly and old interior of the villas, outdated pirate-themed (whaaat?) interior of restaurant, unfriendly staff and mediocre food. Even the tombstone-like Patatran black granite sign caused some negative emotions.

I love everything about this hotel. Perfect location with their own beachfront Anse Patates. Their half board package is so worth it the breakfast and dinner buffet has many option worth the money The manager Linde upgraded our room to AFRICA suite which is amazing and assisted my husband for his surprise anniversary photoshot. Best located hotel in La digue.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price

Very spacious rooms (we stay in Honeymoon suit) with stunning views! Also nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Exceptional staff, always friendly and helpful. Food quality very good, buffet breakfasts in the morning and delicious dinners in the evening (either a buffet or a set menu)

Bicycles not in best shape... also hotel is a bit outdated/aged (atmosphere compensates the age)
