    We had 7 rooms and they all had problems
    The only 2 things that was good at this hotel was the front desk I think her name was Harsha and the coffee.

    Staff shouldnt be outside at 5am.
    Front desk staff was nice on 12/31. Beds were comfortable and the NYE party food was really good.
    Dogs barking nonstop, staff outside at 5am being so loud they woke us, 1/1/24 staff not helpful at all.

    Everything was clean from top to bottom and the staff was very friendly. Bed was super comfy.
    I didnt like the Roku tv because it didnt have local channels but it was all good just the same

    BOOKING OWES ME A REFUND FOR THIS BUT THEY AREN'T GETTING BACK TO ME. I CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL DAYS AGO. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 24 HOUR PROMISE?? THE HOTEL ALREADY AGREED TO PROCESS THE REFUND BUT IT HAD TO BE DONE THROUGH BOOKING. THEY ARE THIEVES!!! DO NOT USE BOOKING EVER PERIOD!!!

    Its close to everything
    One of the main reasons for staying here was the pool. It was not warm. About sixty degrees. There were a lot of disappointed children. There were no towels to dry feet off for those who attempted to go in. The front desk staff just shrugged her shoulders. The televisions werent working in any room. The front desk told me this as I was checking in. The safe in the room didnt work and beeped intermittently thru the night. The halls smell like smoke and the elevator smells like weed. Half the outlets also didnt work.
