Love this Homestay 3000x

This is another time that I came back for this lovely homestay. The appartement was still impressed me with the sophisticated decorations and facilities. I wish my home can be as beautiful as this Common transportation is really practical with the metro and the buses next door. Variety restaurant in the corner also Highly recommended this Homestay!

Very pleasant and convenient. Will use it again.

Perfectly clean, warm, very well equipped, especially the kitchen area (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). Good shower. The back entrance to the building allows you to reach the apartment without climbing any stairs with luggage. Both bathroom and toilet are private, but the toilet is just outside the room in the entrance hall (shared with another apartment). Landlord mentioned having works done soon to make the toilet en suite as well. The landlord was always available and very helpful.

We liked our stay and was a great price for the area!

We liked the location of the stay, it was very easy getting the subway anywhere around Paris and it felt pretty central and busy. The host was a very big help whenever we had any questions.

The apartment is very small, it is partly our fault for not checking the measurements before we booked and I would advise others to do before their stay, in saying this the apartment does have great facilities for the space its just very small/crowded. The toilet was also in a seperate area to the apartment. It was right at the entrance of the two connecting apartments that shared the little lobby area, this was also unexpected and made it a little awkward when going as you would have to lock/unlock your apartment and walk out into the shared area where you may bump into the people staying next to you, it didn't feel very private.

A tiny, tidy space with everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean, well-organized apartment. It was a very tiny place, but somehow the host thought of all the small details and made the space quite user-friendly and efficient.

While it was well-explained by the owner, the entry process was pretty labor-intensive if you had to come through the back. It would not stop me from staying here again, but it could be intimidating for unseasoned travelers.

The studio clean and smells very good it looked like the pictures.The owner is very friendly. We had a lot of fun.Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation in such a good place.The apartment is fantastic, we will definitely come back.

Happy Time in Paris

This is my 3rd time to stay in this homestay but I'm still surprised how the host has continuously improved the homestay's quality and comfort. This time we have the air-condition in our room which provide more comfort during the summer. Perfect Accommodation!

It was a perfect accommodation for us because everything we need was provided by the owner. Perfect location as well because there is a shopping mall in front of the building, nearby shops, restaurant and 3mins walk to the train station. Paris Homestay is a good accommodation. We were not a fan of the local cuisine of Paris so we decided to cook something for dinner. The owner was approachable and always responding if we have questions. This highly recommended accommodation for long term and shirt stay. Thank you so much Paris Homestay of Happyness!
