Beautiful stay

Beautiful and creatively landscaped grounds, helpful staff, nice menu and excellent pool facilities. We loved our stay here.

Some technology features in the room are a little outdated, e.g. Mini bar fridge was noisy overnight and a/c also loud.

Idyllic and beautiful hotel with awesome views and service

Scenery, Location, hotel design and how it blended in the nature, service, spa, breakfast, swimming pool, jacuzzi, open air fitness.

The first night we were given a bad room with the balcony having zero view. They couldn't move is to another room as they were fully booked, but we got upgraded to another room with an awesome now the day after. Also, the child bed during the first day was not very comfortable, which was taken care the next day.

A hidden gem

The hotel is really beautiful and well designed. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious. While its far away from the city, we really enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. The hotel restaurant also has stunning views. We really enjoyed our visit and would love to return to this beautiful resort in the near future.

Good if you stay ONLY at resort.

everything was great EXCEPT they advertise CABLE tv they do not have cable tv, they 2 rubbish English channels one the BBC that kept repeating the same news reports over and over and the other lifetime that ALSO keeps repeating the same damned programs over and over, DREADFUL. Restaurant food wasn't terrific just passable only and to go outside is difficult, you have to get a taxi as it is in remote mountain area. And is very STEEP everywhere you go you have to use their buggy's, you can not walk out the resort for food or ANYTHING there is no businesses around. and no transportation offered as free. Overall lovely setting staff, very attentive and helpful and speak GREAT English, terrible offerings for food and you can not go outside the resort easily.

Lovely and very dedicated staff especially Mr. Chaiporn who went out of his way to help us when we got flu.

No amenities shops in walking distance. Always have to take a ride.

Dreamlike with outstanding natural environment setting!

Words cannot describe the amazingness and the tranquility of this resort. It is just a dream- and the attention paid to small details goes beyond words. It is in the most idyllic location and every part of the hotel is geared towards making use of the beautiful natural environment.

Highly recommend, this resort is amazing

Everything was perfect, same as every time. It's like I'm coming home. I love this place. The breakfast has a good selection and they can accommodate any dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, halal etc). Or is awesome, please give her a raise. The pool is beautiful. The room is quiet and comfortable

The only thing I had an issue with, this time around was dinner. We ordered Tom Kha Gai, Halal, NOT SPICY as I'm allergic and cannot have anything spicy (I choke, cough and cannot breathe. I ended up in hospital multiple times before because of this problem). The soup was spicy. Very spicy. We complained, explained again and they took it away to bring new one. The soup was not cooked again. They just removed the chillies from it. Too late unfortunately as they stayed in it long enough to make it FIRE!. I could not touch it. My friend enjoyed it though.. When you explain a dietary need, the chef needs to respect it to the letter and not beat around the bush or cut corners out of laziness cause they don't want to cook again. I had to order a different dish besides the soup. Another disappointing point was that I enquired about a membership program as I stayed here so many times and will go back again but it doesn't exist. Not the end of the world but disappointing..

I booked a pool villa unfortunately the pool was very cold , the place is far away from everything so, you have to by everything you will need before you come . I suggest to provide a grocery inside the hotel.
