Disappointing

The property was nice.

My room didn't look to have been thoroughly cleaned. There was hair in the shower, the toilet had stains on the seat and the faucet looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The Wi-Fi was also really bad.

With regular chairs it would have been great

The size of the room

No traditional chairs to relax in while in the room a autumn is not a chair if you wanted to sit in the room with back support you had to sit on the bed, room was not cleaned the last 2 days we were there

My first time staying at the Palms and they went above and beyond and I am gracious!

I was celebrating my 50th Birthday and the resort had my room decked out and it really made my birthday extra special! It was clean the staff was so on point and very welcoming!

Was not able to receive my money on card even though they said it was downloaded on machine I did tell them it didnt go on my game ..also couldnt find any soft service ice cream thats a most

worst hotel in vegas

NOTHING!

Far from the city, terrible treatment received. I would not return nor recommend the hotel to anyone I arrived and they didn't want to give me my room through booking since they said they were full and booking reservation was subject to availability. They wanted to charge me for an upgrade because they couldn't offer me what I contracted. I ended up fighting with the manager and the room appeared, horrible, with a view of nowhere and far away

The person that clean our room she just spread the bed. Not much cleaning because the bathroom was a little bit dirty because of our makeup and we come and see the same marks in the bathroom

Very satisfied

My husband forgot to bring his wallet dan passport when we checked out and he remembered about it when we reached Grand Canyon. Then we called to the hotel and sent an email and the other day the hotel called us and said the wallet and passsport has found.

Overall nice stay.

Lounge inside hotel. Very clean and beautiful. Good customer service.

We couldnt take our food that we got from the hotel to the pool after the kitchen closed at the pool! The pool closed early. It wasnt near the strip but I knew that. The view isnt that great. U have to request a room with a good view.

Awesome Champagne

I would love to compliment Champagne at the front desk and all the people behind the desk (behind the scenes) who make things happen. We arrived much, much earlier than expected and they were very accommodating and had our room for a very early check in, so we could go stand in line for the AYCE buffet Thursday morning. Champagne guided us on what time the line usually starts and we were prepared. We were truly impressed with the kindness of your staff that made our stay extremely special.

The only thing Id change is the shower enclosure. Only because if the bathroom door is open and you open the main door, you can directly see the person in the shower and the toilet seat wasnt self closing (a little loud when the toilet seat comes down, surprise). Other than these minor details in the design nothing at all.
