Everything was perfect!

Excellent location in Pacific Beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Gorgeous scenery. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at the Pacific Terrace hotel, due to the location and the fabulous staff.

The location was incredible. We could watch the sunset from our patio, access the beach in a snap, and walk to cafes and shops easily. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was well-appointed, pool was warm, and had excellent access to beach chairs, bikes, frisbees, etc.

The room location (room 110) seemed like part of the lobby. The floor outside the door was tile vs. noise buffering carpet. Our door was across from the elevator, near the front desk, computer/printer, and across from the lobby bathroom. That said, it had a great view of the sunset and easy pool access. Trade offs!

Lacking privacy the first floor rooms so close to boardwalk people can look into your room. Also no real restaurant just a small eating area with limited menu. Room service food was so so

The best hotel in San Diego by far!

First of all the location is excellent, nothing can bit Pacific Beach, hearing the sound of the ocean. Secondly the staff is more than friendly, service driven, always smiling and making the most of our stay. Our suite was quite big!

The decoration is not my type of style, but it's very elegant.
