Best way to ring in 2024

Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful views. We had a nice corner room with a bit of a harbor view. The staff was friendly and efficient. We went for New Years Eve and the lobby was mayhem at checkin but they did an excellent job moving the line along at a good pace.

Just one thing, the streaming services on our TV didnt work. It would connect to the phone but then not work. Frustrating but silly compared to all the good things about this hotel.

location was ok

I asked for a city view, however ended up with viewing roof tops instead. Also a wedding was happening on the 5th floor, which we didnt know at the time, we honestly thought there was an earthquake.

Cant wait to return!

Bed was very comfortable, room very nice and clean. We had several meals in Kestra, and servers were lovely and food delicious.

The additional fees, taxes and charges were more than the listed cost of the room. I will never stay here again!

Got what I paid for.

The bathroom sliding door handle popped off when I went to close it from the outside because the toilet kept running. I called the front desk and they said "Dont worry about it, it happens"
