Very comfortable start in a clean and well appointed room, good value, low cost option.

The staff are lovely, their driver had to wait for an hour when I was delayed at the airport and he was so gracious, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious in the 3rd floor breakfast room. The location is so close to the airport, very convenient for a late night arrival. The room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities and fresh water. The bed was very comfortable.

No windows in the room and a bit of a musty smell, though most hotels in Bali smell like that.

One night stay near the airport

What I liked the most was the lady at the front desk, she is a fabulous person. I liked the building location and decoration, room space, overall comfort and air con.

Pillows are not good, breakfast is very disappointing.

Disappointed

The location is good to go easily to the airport and go out. The decoration is cute. The staff allowed me to let my luggage during the day, which was really helpful.

The smell of humidity. The room was really dark because no window. The wi-fi was not working and it was no signal so really difficult to use internet even with data. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and cold if you go to take it around 9:30. I think the price is too high in relation with the equipments and the quality of the room provided.
