Exceptional

Breakfast awesome. Room spotless Rooftop pool with incredible views Provided a birthday bottle of capacity Customer service spot on from all members of staff. Albert on reception very calm and knowledge of area. Cleaner Donna Marie super... Alpha a great bar man very engaging 110%recommend and will always be place to go for us each time in Barcelona

overall very nice stay, but disappointing for a 5 star hotel

roof top pool, comfy bed, very friendly staff, walking distance to shopping and Gaudi buildings, metro around the corner.

room quite barren, not what one would expect from a 5 star, very dark light concept, food in the bar not good at all, very sad considering that the bar food is made in the same kirchen as the Miichelin Star dishes and on top for a steep price. breakfast selection all in all not that great
