Good location and nice hotel , but need to work in improving the customer experience and renovate the tooms

-The location and toilets products were so good . room sizes were perfect . the connected rooms was convenient . Coffee machines, tea coffee and waters were available .

-Very dark corridors . - the house keeping service was slow and they showed the discomfort for any request or repeated request. - rooms was not equipped with iron and iron board. - their was no connection for USP to charge our cell phones and it was hard to ask for many adapter as they were not welcoming requests.

Great STAFF, thank You again.

The location was great, we have been in Barcelona several times and we wanted to stay this time in this Hotel, it is Elegant, the architecture of the building is beautiful and rooms are very confortable. The Staff is excellent, I specially want to thank Omar, Nuria and Montse for helping us in everything we needed.

Gorgeous hotel in a good location

Gorgeous hotel. I was very spoiled with how well I was treated. Seeing Elena's face at breakfast and all other people whose names I don't remember was a treat. I didn't get the original room earmarked for me but it ended up being fine. My plane was extra speedy and I breezed through everything so I ended up getting there before 10am so it was a blessing having the room ready. The location was good and walkable to some sites but very close to public transportation.

There isn't much but I would say the beds are horribly uncomfortable-think so firm you might as well throw the blanket and pillow on the wood floor. There were some temperature control issues-not sure if it was to save electricity? Good there were thick blankets in the winter. Would love to see the tvs upgraded. Overall a pleasant experience. I would have to think if I wanted to book here again-I mostly loved it but the beds are a major issue.
