Historical hotel which has remained its heritage so well. During our eight night stay of honeymoon, professional but also friendly staffs made our stay beatiful. Staff at the entracne and lobby, breakfast, they were absoultey amazing people who made our stay memorable. Also, the hotel provides turn down service nicely, which I could find that how housekeeping did serice in detail with their heart. Beatuiful stay, wonderful city, muchas gracias!

The breakfast and service were excellent. The rooms were spacy and clean. The hospitality of the people was excellent.

The gym was terrible with very little equipment, little space and not as expected in a 5 star hotel. I have been to numerous of 5 star hotels all over the world and this was the worst one.

Our week long stay at El Palace Barcelona

The property was fantastic in terms of its location, room, and the staff were really courteous and helpful.

The only siggestion i would make is that they should provide smart TVs and have a better spread for breakfast.

Simply amazing.

You will be like in a Christmas movies. The hotel team did a really good job with the decoration, the tree to create a fantastic atmosphere. The other outstanding thing is the service. They are remembering your room number and your habits (take out your car). The breakfast is amazing with everything that you need.

There is a lack of a real spa (sauna, hammam, pool). Hotels with the same standards have this. The other thing is about the TV in the bedroom. It doesn't work with the last Mac. So you can't watch a movie using your Mac with the TV. You need to wait 1-2 minutes to have a really hot shower. Barcelona is good to have nice restaurants, meet people. I don't like noise, traffic. The best is to have a car to travel around during the day.
