Adored the private pool, I enjoyed my stay in the Villa. We werent in any hurry to leave this Villa because it had exactly what we needed. Thank you to Bakti, he was an awesome host.

The property itself was awesome. The surround streets and area wasnt hospitable. The pictures show no forewarning of this. But had we known we wouldnt have booked. But Im glad we did.

The housekeeper Baeti was very lovely , tidy , very welcoming if anything needed to be done he was there within the hour.

There were lizards every morning in the house and ants .

Great place to stay, just a little bit off the beaten track.

I was a little difficult to find, but we made it, and were greeted by the Cleaning team, who were very friendly and helpful. A lovely couple.

It would have been good if condiments were supplied, ie: tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Additionally, hand soap in the bathrooms would have also been great.

Excellent option for a large family: there were 6 of us

Large, clean, modern, good swimming pool

Set in a quiet suburb, needed 15-20 to get to beaches, but no problems with getting a Grab taxi = Uber

Too short

The location is good cos the restaurants and beach are not that far away. Within reasonable walking or Gojek distance. There is a laundry very nearby which is great. There is also a spa just round the corner with reasonable rates. I would highly recommend for tourists Warung Ayu (you can find it via G Maps) which is about 1.2km away or about 10 to 15 mins walk away. Cheap and good food, even for breakfast cos otherwise, you would be subjected to very atas or high class Western breakfast which cost about 65k to 100+k while a mee soto at Warung Ayu can be had for 15k.

The kettle was dirty. The knife was spoilt, there was not enough multi-socket for the fan in the living room and the living room was hot cos no aircon. The care-taker forgot to inform me where to dispose the rubbish (I could have simply asked but I was too busy on holiday so I simply tied up the rubbish.). The waters in the swimming pool were murkier than the previous villa I stayed. not dirty, just murkier. We did swim in it. There was no provision of coffee powder or tea bags or sugar. It is not very costly so could have simply provided some. I also did not like it that the mirrors were facing the beds. For Chinese, it is bad Fengshui. Solution: sleep parallel to it.
