Kettle in the room was nin functional and replaced with a leaky one and again replaced with a proper

We communicated to billing at reception that our bill was paid offline. They verified the records and was agreed to cancel credit card billing,but I still received outstanding bill . Kindly clear the confusion

Disappointing

Nothing in particular other than the location.

Have been visiting this location very often for my visits. This time the room wasn't cleaned. booked a queen room with double beds. i was given a king bed. Room was unclean. and after repeated requests, the staff ultimately ignored and never addressed. Had to do repeated requests for towels, laundry. Even my Laundry request was never handled. so over all it is disappointing stay. Will look for other options going forward.
