Overall good. But the worst part is that you have to pay extra for your parking.

Location due to sporting events.

The room was dirty when we arrived. Broken window lock and sockets out of the wall broken. The bathroom had lots of marks all over and the bathtub was damaged. Toilet did not work last night/day.

Very good

The beds were so comfortable. It was such a quiet place to stay. Staff were always helpful. Parking was convenient underground below the Novotel. Great location close to venues at Olympic Park.

Breakfast was extremely expensive ($38 per person for a buffet breakfast). I would have expected closer to $25, $30 maximum which is fairly standard. A mirror would have been great in the room, maybe within a closet so if the bathroom was being used, others could get ready.

Somehow comfortable

We did not have breakfast in the hotel even for one day as we were not informed about this at check in. Location was good. Could get to the CBD with comfortable public transport

There was no fan in the bathroom resulting in the dampness of the bathroom. We have to keep the bathroom door open even when we use the toilet.
