No wifi no tv channels and privacy issue as care taker will always with you in same villa there is no seperate room for him

If you are 6-10 bachelors and only want a space to sleep for a night then this is for you.

Property is like a beautiful wife having nil qualities. Mr Anand, the owner of this property is very sweet and soft spoken personality. Do not fall in his fishy trap.

*no power back up * washing machine is neither accessible nor free * service person is a old man & does not know hindi or english do difficult to communicate * you have to take care of your fooding *use of kitchen for non veg preparation is strictly prohibited * change of bed sheet & towel not daily * You have to arrange at your own breakfast, meals &laundry etc. which is 500 meter away *You have to get up early inspite of tiry travelling because of Gym over the property * fridge, iron etc. is not available * Wifi is not available * no daily cleaning of the prperty due to which owner advices to put off shoes outside * this is personal villa with one care taker (old man) * No facilities like hotels or resorts *** You have to pay all advance for all the days

Better than what it looks in the photos .

Clean, big and comfortable rooms, good location. Everything with this property is good. Even the pictures are not doing justice to how good the property is. Don't forget to watch sunrise and sunset from their terrace.

Can have a fully functional kitchen for the guest to use . It might be chargeable.
