Environment and food was good.

Front desk experience could be better. We had a dinner and a breakfast, at the breakfast we were amazingly assisted by a young lady that was very friendly and professional. At the other hand was this guys with kind India accent that was quite rude as we heard how he talked about other guests and the attitude was unpolite.

Location is perfect, right next to LGA. Rooms were clean.

Heating in the room broke down in the middle of the night and started blasting cold air instead of warm, we both woke up shivering and sneezing in the morning. I raised this issue with the front desk before heading out for the day and was assured it would be fixed. When I returned in the evening, and asked the front desk person about it, they seemed to have no record of the request from the morning in their system. Upon reaching the room, we discovered nothing had been fixed, so we asked for a room change. By the way, on our first night, the telephones in the rooms werent working either. Glad that our room change request was accommodated but disappointing that a service as basic as heating was a challenge.

Perfectly fine for a short stay

We only used the hotel for an overnight stay before setting of for another part of our holiday. The hotel was perfectly good enough for a short stay. Location is convenient as it is close to the airport. We very much appreciate a free shuttle to Hertz where we were picking up our car.

It was a short stay, I can't remember anything which I would find unpleasant.

Location Location Location!

The key part of this stay is the location. Its a 5minute shuttle ride from LGA. The shuttles are very frequent. While the hotel has its own restaurant we do like to Uber to Astoria where there are many great places to eat and drink. Theres lots to do in Queens as well.

The parking was very good

The room was very noisy. Next to an airport and Highway you would expect highly isolated but room 131 was so noisy!

Billed and charged twice. Reserved room for one night 10/5 in 10/6 out. Confirmation #91563128. Flight from Martha's Vineyard fogged in and cancelled. Called hotel to change and was assured that would be done for no charge because of circumstance. However, my AMEX was charged for original reservation 10/7 $426.93 and a second $474.66 on 10/8. I assume that this was due tp non cancellation policy, but as I mentioned, I was assured the chance would be done for no charge. Thanks for correcting. Hal Hankinson
