Super cute and clean place to stay with lovely staff!

Really adorable and clean with kind staff, just perfect for our needs! The lobby area is so cute~

The walls are a bit thin, especially right by the front door where you can hear people coming and going, but I just bring earplugs, so that wont affect my rating!

Very nice

Great location near metro and 5 minutes walk from good sized town with many markets, food, bars. Safe location. Convenient hotel access with keypad. Great comfy room, access to washer/dryer. Plenty of bathrooms and showers.

Bathrooms and sinks really needed daily cleaning. But room was clean and beds very comfy.

Perfect location, very close to Kita-senju station where there's everything. The room is basic , good thing it features a desk

Location was good with quiet neighborhood, accommodation itself was closer to airbnb than some hotel. Practically former family house with living room, kitchen and rooms for guests located downstairs and upstairs. I really liked their strict rules regarding smoking just in designated area outside in the backyard. Close to train station Kitasenju. Decent price, stable wifi connection, kitchen available.

Main issue there - cleanliness in the common space, no problem with our room. But staircase, hallway and bathroom would deserve some deep cleaning. At the same time, the frequency of regular cleaning should be improved too.

Superb

Pleasantly warm environment (we were there in November), the room was comfortable, we were very happy with the toothbrush, razors and other accessories that we could use. Vending machines with drinks, 7eleven, Mc Donald and metro are nearby. Easy check-in and check-out.

A bit farther than most location, but easily accessible from subway line. Calm neighborhood. Comfy room with enough space for two luggages. Very good for the price compared to our previous rental in Tokyo.

Shower rooms could use an extra cleaning. We were lucky to have a corner room but wall are thin so be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Good value for money. Very responsive to messages via booking website. Staff on-site helpful and friendly. The room is small so set your expectations accordingly. Good location near the subway station, shops, supermarket, cafe. I liked the neighbourhood. Shared common area is also small unfortunately so can get crowded if many guests want to use at the same time. Free use of washing machine and dryer, though the dryer took a while to dry clothes. Clothes iron also available. Showers and toilets were adequately clean, could do better imho. Kitchen was OK with cooking oil and seasonings. No tea/coffee provided. There's a small fridge in the common area with seasonings etc but this looked like it had not been cleaned in the past twelve months. The bedroom has a private fridge fortunately. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs.

Location, toilet/shower facilities capacity, table with chairs in front of the house. Washing machine and drier.

Beds in the room very moving and mattresses wete soft, stuff constantly falling behind the bad. Bad location of sockets, no extensions cord provided. Dust/hairs on the floor near sinks, washing machine and shower room.
