Superb

We loved everything, the food is really good, and having a 1 year old we always had unsalted food good for her. Our 6 year old also loved the food, as did we. The bed was really confortable, and the pillows felt like hugging clouds.

The pool was too noisy - and not because of clients, but because of the music. In the morning it was ok, just ambient music. In the afternoon it was way too loud and sometimes trashy. That, allied to the fact that the music was placed in the middle of the pool cluster made it impossible to pick a quieter place, and being near the entrance to the hotel also made it difficult to enter the hotel with a sleeping baby.

Good variety of food and options for kids. Clean and well maintained

Shuttle bus not on time, waiting 25 mins on hot sun(no covered bus stop) for the shuttle to come and bring back from beach to hotel. Kids night activities are too late and past kids usual bedtime

Amazing family hotel, but not for romantic couple weekends

Amazing hotel, with a beautiful view, 3 swimming pools and a lot of entertainments for the kids.

If u would like to enjoy your trip and u dont have kids, u will not able to do that. Cause they will be everywhere, in the pools, in the restaurants, in the bars, and even in the spa.This hotel JUST for families

Staff is kind and helpful Modern and clean hotel Train to the beach is very frequent and always on time Very good cocktails Very good food (for all inclusive standards) High standard amenities (Rituals for the bath sets, complimentary nespresso coffee in the room)

The bed matresses are too soft and the double bed is not a single matress but rather two, put together. The hotel is packed with kids, everywhere you go or look. The noise of crying babies, screaming toddlers and children in general is unbearable. Kids running and screaming in the buffet room made it impossible to go for dinner or lunch in regular hours (we always had to wait for later meals to avoid this). The pool is impossible to use for relaxing as there is always a kid diving and splashing into the water. The rooms are not so soundproof so we could even hear people and kids running or talking loud in the rooms corridor. We were definitely not prepared for a hotel that is exclusively dedicated to families and where we felt the odd ones. If you are a family, your kids might love it. If you're in search of peace and a relaxing stay, avoid it.

3rd time we returned to the hotel. The hotel is great for family and enjoy the pools

our booking was for an inside view for the turbines and galley noise. The booking refers to "surrounding view" on the time of the check in we asked not to be there, we got told that the rooms was not like that. We got there and was terrible as we were traveling with our baby and we were in need of some quiet time in the bedroom for him to be able to sleep. We requested a different room, and after a few hours we got moved to a more noisy room. After we requested help and to be moved the only way was for us to upgrade our stay. This turned out to be very stressful for us and a terrible star of a vacations. After we upgraded our stay, the room was great and quiet. But the curtains on the room were dirty with several white stains, the bed was made with small sheets that once we lay down they will jump out and expose the mattress. We spoke with the manager on duty and he did nothing to this. They do not care for their guests. They are only focussed on the mass and groups. This hotel lacks on so many thing that we do not understand how can it be considered a 5* hotel. The only way for this ti be rated that way is the building itself. They also use an automated WhatsApp message system and once i rated the experience got notified that shortly I would be contacted. Till now no one contacted me. Another way of pretending to be great but in reality is just the cover. Management of the front office hotel is supper poor. The staff laugh at us and no-one cared to help.
