Superb

The hotel is situated at few minutes by car from Albufeira and beaches. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need for a family stay for a couple of days. The meals were just great, well beyond expectations (considering also the time of the year). In terms of entertainment, this was reduced, but understandable, as the touristic seasons was over. All in all, a good and relaxing experience.

The color of the tiles in the bathroom was too somber. And the pressure of the shower was not strong, so you had to wait 1-2 minutes to have a hot shower.

Very good

Great week of golf and relaxation.

It was beautiful, the staff were helpful and it was only a short taxi to some decent nightlife.

The pools were FREEEZING!

Disappointing

The hotel and restaurants were okay, it was comfortable and clean. The food and drink included in the all inclusive was nice, there is plenty of choice.

Unfortunately the noise levels in this resort was terrible. After 2 nights we had to leave and book into another hotel just to get some sleep. As it is a golfing resort there was large groups of golfers who were loud, drunk and had no respect that there were other people staying in the hotel. In the room above us there was a group of men who spent all night shouting, singing and being a general nuisance, I did report this to reception to be told they had only 1 security man on duty so when he got the chance he would pass by and check the noise. I didn't find that acceptable.

Superb

Very nice place withing walking distance to the beach. All inclusive option with plenty of meals to choose from. Home-made pizza was delicious, kids just love it. Comfortable and spacious suites, free underground parking.

My trip to Hotel took place on end of October and you could see some traces of wear after busy season.

Accommodation very good but location, restaurant food and soulless bars would stop me coming back.

Good information at check in, free room upgrade (room and bathroom was huge), free WiFi throughout the resort. Very quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of sun loungers and space around pools but our visit was off-season so maybe that should be expected.

Every meal in every restaurant was cold. We had to use the microwave oven to heat up everything. Kids running everywhere in restaurants with zero adult supervision - was like watching animals feeding in a zoo. In the evening, Sports bar and Spike bar had no atmosphere, we ended up going to Albufeira Marina for some adult night life.

Amazing time spent at awsome Nau Hotel

The breakfast is very good, it has many variety and is very tasty. The exterior space of the hotel is so beautiful.

Good

For the price we paid end of October (low season) made the stay pleasant.

The value for money is unbeatable - in the low season. The offer on food is enormous and even though the quality is average you could always find something good. The "booking system" for the restaurants was not working due to bad wifi reception.

The friendliness of staff, particularly at the front desk was very limited. One might expect to meet a friendly face representing the hotel as the first point of contact after arriving at the hotel. Possibly the staff is tired and exhausted after a long season.
