Superb

Superb stay, great pools and breakfast, lovely hotel facilities.

Hotel location superb, away from main town which isn't very nice. Great breakfast and staff attentive and pleasant. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Overall good value for money.

Room decor a bit out of date, smell of damp in the suite's livingroom and in the hotel corridor leading to rooms only.

Excellent hotel with plenty to do and beautiful location.

We loved the beach access, spa and restaurant options. My children also enjoyed the indoor pool and kids club. The staff was great and our room was large and good for our family of four.

The furniture in our room was outdated and smelled a bit musty.

Great location and a big facility. Easily accessible.

Good selection of breakfast. The location is very conveniently accessible and it close to the center. They also run shuttle services from the hotel to both new and old town which was very helpful.

The room service did not happen on time and we had to stay one night with an uncleaned room.

the sink when we reached didn't work , the fix when requested was to remove the drain stop. The response of front desk was terrible, when called suggesting that they would call you back and never bothering to call. Of the two days stay the heating only worked for a few hours, this is coldest time of the year. The first attempt at making heating work, failed straight away, second and third attempts were farcical. To add insult to injury the front desk didn't pick up multiple calls after 21:00 trying to inform them of heating not working. Overall pretty poor excuse for any five star in winter , as some one who stays more than 120days at least in hotels around the world.

Mixed Experience at Grande Real Santa Eulalia Resort

The resort is situated in a beautiful location, offering stunning views of the sea, and the presence of a private beach adds a touch of exclusivity. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of choices to suit different tastes.

Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives during my stay. The room service was notably poor, with daily reminders needed for basic amenities like water and coffee making ingredients. Torn bedsheets were left unattended for multiple days, a surprising occurrence in a purported 5-star establishment. Contacting the reception for assistance proved to be a challenge, as the response time was lacking, and multiple calls were often required. The Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, leading to a room change shortly after check-in. The Air Conditioner's temperature control was non-functional, causing discomfort due to centrally managed hot or cold air. Facility operating hours, such as the gym opening at 9am and closing at 7 pm, felt restrictive, impacting the convenience. My request for an extra cot resulted in an unfortunate incident where it collapsed and injured my wife's foot. Despite the incident, the hotel's response seemed nonchalant, although a helpful security person came for first aid but no thorough follow-up from the hotel

Nice, but could use some renovations here and there

Spacious and comfortable room, clean, beautiful setting, great breakfast. We were happy to have paid a bit more to have sea view. Otherwise you'll get a room looking over the parking lot, I think it's worth to pay the extra cost (especially in summer, when you spend more time on your terrace)

A bit old, some parts could really use amake-over. Very poor Wifi signal. Free use of the indoor swimming pool is very limited and don't expect a relaxing moment, it's full of screaming kids jumping all around... The gym closes a bit early (7pm). In winter time it could be handy to be able to use it later. One of the bathrobes we received in the rooms was extremely worn out and literally full of holes... However we immediately received a new one in the Spa when I showed the state of the bathrobe. Spa treatments are pretty expensive, also the bars /restaurants. The swimming pools outside seem a bit small if you'd come in summer time. Too bad that the heated one in winter, still felt pretty cold.
