Beautiful property right outside of the city center!

The property was gorgeous and the villas was wonderfully stocked, spacious, and had very thoughtful touches. Claudia was wonderful and had amazing recommendations for restaurants, drinks, shopping, etc.

Very enjoyable stay at Vila Balaia. Vilas are very clean and finished to a high spec. Claudia is an excellent host who provided many great suggestions for things to do, places to etc.

Car/Taxi is required for most places outside the villa.

Perfect place and perfect host

Claudia is a wonderful host, giving us all the info about the Villa and the surrounding! Villa is recently renewed, and very well equipped with anything we needed. The garden with the pool is fantastic ! Perfect place to relax . Nearest beach is 20 min walk, mostly through a calm road in the shadow of threes ! Strongly suggested

A nice week

The Vila Balaia is a very nice and well maintained. Nice small houses and great pool area in the garden. The staff was also nice and have high focus on the quests

The area around the house was not as excepted and there was no restaurant and supermarket, both closed down. The tennis courts was also closed down

Beautiful apartment with lovely gardens and pool.

The apartments are beautifully furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The gardens and pool are a few steps away from your door and are lovely. Everything is VERY clean and well maintained. The kitchen contains all the equipment you have at home. Even the dishwasher and washing machine tablets are replaced daily if you have used them! The staff are attentive and look after the apartment each day so that its exactly as it was when you first arrived. The towels are soft and plush and replaced every two days including the swimming pool / beach towels. The pool is cleaned early in the morning and the grounds are really well maintained all under the watchful eye of Claudia who is there to help you from the time you arrive to the time you leave. What a lovely comfortable place to relax in with a great team to look after you.

The Villa is exactly as pictured and absolutely pristine. The pool and landscaping is truly and oasis tucked away in a little spot but yet close to everything. Easy parking and Claudia is an excellent and kind host who gave us many recommendations for our time in Albufeira.
