Superb

Beyond our expectations

Our stay was beyond our expectations a wonderful room with an ocean view, a great terrace, a pool, a comfy bed, and everything you need in a hotel. We also had breakfast and it was good and diverse. Being a last-minute booking it appeared to be a great choice. Would be great for a family vacation.

Absolutely nothing

Everything it was dirty, food cold and barely edible . bathroom was smelly and was in definite need of repair. Emailed the hotel directly to ask for a room near all amenities and lifts due to mobility issues. We were put two floors ip in the furthest away block with the lifts not working the majority of time. To access the lifts we had to walk two long corridors. We are two ladies in our mid 80s. We asked if we could be moved and they said not until the day we were due to leave. As you can see from the photos there were numerous steps for us to climb and get down. It took 15/20 minutes to get to reception and more to reach the restaurant/ swimming pool area.

Everytime again, but not on Christmas ;)

That was my 5th time at the Auramar Beach Resort and not the last. It feels like coming home. We got a room with a breathtaking view and balcony. The stuff everywhere is so nice and friendly!

The christmas dinner was with table service and timed. so a lot of people where at the same time at the restaurant. The stuff had a lot of work to do, it was very loud (not so good for hypersensitive people like me) and the behavior of the English people was really disgusting. But thats no problem from the hotel.

Nice relaxing stay with fun

Close to beach, close to town, bus transfers to old town for free. Good staff, great breakfast. They do some kind of activities every evening makes your evening nice.

Access to beach has lots of stairs but its ok if you are not too old

Relaxing with a view

Room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It has an 80's feel to the property, which was not a problem. As it is a resort, there are plenty of activities happening all day if that's what you are looking for, otherwise there are a lot of things to explore nearby (beach, city). I had dinner and breakfast during my stay, both were great with a lot of options for all tastes, including vegetarian. there's free parking in the property

Sunny location facing the sea

The view, short walk to the beach and coastline cliff walks. Breakfast had good variety and more than enough in quantity. Size of rooms was good. We got a kettle to make tea in the room.

Aircon didn't seem to work properly, we couldn't get it to get warm. The sauna is very small and has to be turned on by whom wants to use it. Fitness room very small overal spa and gym are not very good. Massage room was a little cold, there is only one therapist available and the treatment was ok but not overwhelming at all. I also didn't like the bed sheets felt humid and there is a sensible (even somewhat noisy) plastic cover under the sheet.

Excellent!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly! Also the management of the hotel and the reception! They were very prompt in resolving any complaint I had, which made my stay especially pleasant! All I remember now is Maria's name, the one who was on duty when I checked in! Extremely clean room and daily cleaning. Even though it only has 3 stars, the towels were changed daily! We were also able to rent beach towels from the front desk! Excellent breakfast and dinner! Excellent location, even if you have to walk a bit to the center, but they also have a shuttle bus! Congratulations and thank you all once again and this way! Merry Christmas!

Superb

Sun and beach in the middle of December to recharge and energize.

The location was perfect for seeing what the region is known for. We were able to walk to old town and also explore the cliffs on family walks. The facility also had a shuttle available to take visitors to old town.

My bed and the noise at night. My bed had a plastic liner almost like a toddler bed. This was very VERY uncomfortable. Also you can hear every conversation in the hall. There is a loud echo and it made it hard to sleep. I think quiet hours would be a great idea. Despite this I would return!
