Well first when I reached there they had given my room to another guest then they upgraded me to deluxe room. I saw 6 rooms finally decided to stay in 308. Then I discovered my kettle and bed warmer not working I asked them for change it took me couple of hours to settle in room. After 16 hours journey it's quite annoying if hotels takes so much time. Bathroom had no water they asked me to wait for water to fill. Imagine . I had my bf included they only have 3 choices and in juice only mango and fruit only banana I was horrific for me as I don't like none. They delivered me bf in room no cutlery come.with it . From second day onwards they started keeping teabags without cover when I inquired they said they have finished the covered tea bags. 3rd days they run out of soap bar and coffee sachets. When I asked next morning thier f &b manager come with tea bags Givin me option for coffee that too those open tea bag in his coat pocket I said I'm sorry they are so unhygienic like this touching your hands. My bathroom toilet seat was broken it was very uncomfortable. Room had no chair or table eating bf in room so challenging as u have to sit on bed and eat. Room size was big. No view one side was garbage canal and one side construction going on. House keeping service is so bad they need so much improvement may be hotel needs to hire a consultant or trainer to train house keeping. They shd have atleas small box sort to keep coffee tea bags in them they were just lying on tray. I went to them as I stayed in thier property in sikkim but I was disappointed to see the Darjeeling building maintenance. Sikkim one was maintained well.
