Amazing stay !!

The restaurant with the pool area is really like Heaven, I and my husband were amazed by the beautiful scenery. The tranquility and the fresh air there is what I enjoyed most. The staff no matter the manager or general staff, they were all very attentive to us. They can spot our needs before we raised our request. The food in the hotel restaurant was also great. We wish we could stay longer :)

A great escape with an amazing view of Munduk. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and despite some Southeast Asian hospitality mistakes, they took the necessary ownership to make it work for us.

Good for one day to live the experience

Good hotel in between mountain and new idea to me

The hotel is isolated from everything and anything, hard mapping and roads to reach when you reached an obsessed hotel manager will annoy you about their restaurant menu and their meat live show cooking. Then the rooms, looks okay, seems old and smells moldy, you will encounter a lot of bugs in your was but its okay you have to carry on at this point. The floating villa moves slightly from time to time and there is noticeable one when you enter the bathroom. The restaurant offers non-mid testy food and all overpriced and you definitely are limited to in-hotel restaurant as there is no grab or restaurants in the area.

It was just heaven! The location is stunning, the service and the staff were amazing and so kind. The food and drinks were also exceptional good. What else do you need more, just perfect.

Heaven getaway

The hotel views were breathtaking! The floating villa was also a life experience. Staff were really friendly and their restaurant is incredibly good (taste + views). Moreover, the Spa experience was the best I had in my life.

With the hotel located on the mountain forest, alot of insects were all over the place, and couldn't be controlled. It made our first night a bit messy until we somehow got used to it.

Incredible place

We stayed in a hanging villa and it was amazing, once in a lifetime experience! They even brought breakfast to the villa. Barely any other guests so felt like we had the whole plce to ourselves. Incredible pool views too

Restaurant food wasn't the greatest and would have loved more options for activities; only offered the sister company tour which was very expensive
