Hotel is good however few things were missing ..

Dinner buffet was expected but not available. We wanted some floral decor on payment basis but same was refused.

Location just outside Mall Road was good if you want to stay close to the city but dont want to pay tolls everytime you enter. Nice parking if you have a private car.

Breakfast was strictly okay. Multiple lifts required to get to your room.

Location is near mall road which is very good although traffic is a problem but one can roam around the mall road by walking and the valley view rooms have a very good view.

food spread could have been better as they had limited options and the dessert spread was also limited.

Rooms were spacious..but no balcony.

That it was very close to the Mall road

The staff at the restaurant didn't receive orders/instructions well. The breakfast area wasnt organized at all and the food was just okay. A little too pricey for the facilities available.
