Staff was friendly an accommodating. We were running late for check in and they called to make sure we were okay.
I booked 2 king rooms with hot tubs in them and there were no hot tubs in the rooms we got. The bed was not comfortable and there were not enough pillows.

The hotel was secluded, which added to a good night's sleep
The room could have explained been cleaned better. There was some trash from the previous guest. The hot water was not consistent; it was hot and then cold. This made it difficult to shower.
