Disappointing

Dont waste your money

The valet parking.

Upon arrival the tv didnt work, bathroom smelled like old urine and the shower had pink mold on the walls. Decor is severely outdated. If I would know better I would bet money that the sheets were not changed. They charge a 150.00 cleaning fee but was told they dont come to clean the room or bring clean towels. Than I get an email telling me to put all dirty towels and collect all garbage and place it outside the room. Isnt that what the cleaning fee Is for?

It sucked beyond belief, mainly due to the desk staff's attitude upon arrival. staff in 2 bldgs

The property was modern and clean.

hen we first encountered a desk clerk, it felt like he was in on a scam with the owners to force guests into paying a $100.00 early check in fee. Upon encountering a second desk clerk, it was worse. This girl bullied us and tried to stop us from checking in early. What it seems like is that the desk clerks are working for bonuses from the owners for driving guests to the fee. We waited all day for the room because it wasn't ready. With one hour left to be magically clean, I all but demanded to be checked in, and it worked. These people should be ashamed of themselves. We started our vacation with a really bad taste in our mouths, and it was all due to the horrible staff that we first met upon arrival.

SCAM! They cancelled our reservation after we arrived.

Nothing. The people renting this apartment just canceled our reservation AFTER we arrived. They said there was a maintenance issue but we had been waiting for the room for 4 hours and they Never EVEN NOTIFIED US! we didnt even know it was canceled until the front desk couldnt issue our key. This renter should be blocked from booking.com. The Signature by MGM is nice but this was a disaster

Did not notify us of cancellation. Did nothing to help us rebook. Did not have customer service. Referred us to booking.com who did nothing. This was a scam!
