Beautiful room, great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was big and varied.

the beach in front of the hotel sometimes had a lot of trash on it, though it seems intermittent they cleaned it.

Nice hotel - very expensive at peak periods

Really nice hotel, very comfortable. Nice staff very welcoming. Best breakfast of any hotel Ive stayed for a long time

Extortionately expensive over NYE - seems like we paid nearly 2.5x normal price. Lots of families; be aware if youre looking for peace and quiet! I also have one other more serious issue with this hotel which is that I deliberately did NOT sign the form where they asked me to, which would have entered me on their points program. Then within 5 mins of getting to the room I got an email welcoming me to their points program. This is most likely a meaningful breach of GDPR basics and would be a big concern for me as management.

Good buffet breakfast!

Great selection at breakfast. A few restaurants and other amenities within walking distance of hotel.

Aircon stopped working a few times especially in the middle of the night. Howwever staff did arrive promptly to repair it every time we called and hotel gave free bottle of champagne for the inconvenience.

Tropical bliss

We (family of 4) stayed for a week in 2 Premium rooms. Rooms were clean, stylish with comfortable bed. The hotel grounds are beautiful with much greenery; hedges, palm trees and flowers and very well maintained. The pool is big with plenty of seating options and cleaned regularly. The hotel is situated right next to a beautiful beach, great swimming and when weather allows, kayaking. We very much enjoyed our lunches and dinners at the Breeza restaurant, food was delicious and of high quality. We did venture out to other restaurants but service and food at hotel were excellent. Staff are especially attentive, friendly and professional. We organised our excursions through the desk and Jay was very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with good seating area, well spaced out. Our boys made good use of the excellent gym facility and pool table. The massages at the spa were great and a nice time to , even more, relax. Signature massage was especially enjoyable. We also very much appreciated the complimentary shower room after we checked out. In short, a perfect stay in a wonderful pampering environment!

An amazing bunch of professional staff who was very attentive and friendly at all times.

The staff were so friendly and professional with such welcoming arms. The breakfast had a variety of good food! The location was wonderful with the facilities being suitable for a family with young kids! I am very pleased with our stay and am grateful for all the amazing staff especially Eye who worked at the breeze cafe. Thank you Melia for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful hotel spreading amazing vacation vibes but with minor flaws.

In general the hotel/resort is very beautiful. The boat house is is spacious and well decorated. The bathtub and the bathroom is absolutely amazing. The overall environment of the resort is spreading vacation vibes. The trees and plants are well taken care off. The beach is clean and there is enough space for all guests. The pool which is connecting the rooms is amazing and good for a swim. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive.

The room we've stayed in had a quite smelly toilet which couldn't been fixed during our stay. There was only one nightstand available in the bedroom. Not enough plug ins next to the bed. The pillow which were provided on the balcony already started to mould. The food and drinks in the hotel owned restaurant are overpriced. The breakfast is very western oriented without much variety throughout the days.

Amazing pool, amazing room, great location with an an amazing beach and very friendly staff. Also the food in the restaurant was delicious!

Breakfast was average. Great for a family as there are lots of kids, as I was in a couple it wasnt ideal but certainly did not ruin the holiday in anyway
