3 nights to celebrate a birthday, didn't disappoint.

great central location, staff pleasant and happy to help, room clean and comfortable and breakfast had an adequate selection.

more lifts would have been a bonus but not a major negative.

The lifts are very very slow. We were on 8th floor and had to wait ages. There was a sign over the stairs so we couldnt go down them either

The location was good

Rooms are a little outdated, especially the bathrooms. The shower went hot and cold and the mirror was cracked.

Four night stay for fiestas

Perfect location. The bed and pillows supremely comfortable! Loved having English TV in the room and coffee/ tea making facilities ( which were replenished daily)! Staff very helpful and friendly
