Great staff , clean hotel , lovely food and perfect location

The staff , location , food and rooms were perfect no complaints at all they all went above and beyond and everything was lovely

That we had to pay to use the pool each time and wear hats I have a non verbal autistic child and the reason we booked here was for the pool so to then be told we had to pay wasnt great and we were only allowed in with kids 4-7pm

Very good

The facilities were great and the children loved the play area. The staff were very helpful & really friendly

Having to pay for the indoor pool when your a resident of the hotel. We already paid for our trip we shouldn't have had to pay to use facilities and children weren't able to use it til the evening

8th-16th November

Location was great, nearest old town but short walk to new town. Friendly staff. Room cleaned every day.

We requested a walk in shower for a family member physically disabled but the shower in the room was way too small to be able to manoeuvre in it. It wasnt Like the picture of the walk in shower we see advertised.
