Location, front row, size, number of rooms and bathrooms and toilets.

Too small and uncomfortable "squeky " beds. Also a vacuum cleaner would be handy as the sand comes in quickly.

Superb

Awesome relaxing place for family stays

Awesome view from the balcony. Extremely pleasant to sleep on the ocean breeze with the sound of the waves.

It will be nice to have BBQ on the terrace, capsule coffee, sun umbrella (it's very sunny) air-conditioning during the summer. May be will be good to have partially room service (for longer stays).

Lovely family holiday

Nice quite location, the property is spacious and very clean with a good size pool

There wasnt any air con The WiFi was not working properly The blinds were not very effective, when they were closed you had to have the doors and windows shut to stop them from banging and blowing and then it would be too warm, or left them open which would not protect from the sun early in the morning

Disappointing

It is very nice as view and comfort but you must be very careful on the security!

The place was clean and nice. The back view is beautiful - you can see the ocean at 100 m distance. Async communication with the property owner - response time very good.

- On that part of the island, the wind noise was a nightmare (first two nights); - The security is 0! They have notices that the property is 24h guarded with a system direct linked to the police... it is not like that... we were rubbed... the burglars broke into the house through the backdoor which was opened with a screwdriver. They stole all cash and one android phone... the owner didn't come to see what happened and we were sent to the police station. The in house cameras were disabled. Due to all of these, I am evaluating the property as disappointing! If the security would be increase, it would be a wonderful deal!

Second time we rented in the same complex, second time we are super happy and will definitely return

We like that it is beachfront, quiet (except the pounding of the waves) and close to the Surf Hub rental shop and good beach for windsurf and surfing.

The neighbourhood per say is dormatory, which is good in a way but we would have liked to be able to go out to dinner more locally. Actually a new amazing pizza place opened quite nearby.. but we are italian so pizza is not very tempting (it was very good by the way..)

Fantastic view- we had our breakfast outside the bedroom with seaview every morning. Very nice and helpful staff. The appartment was spotlessly clean. The location is 10-15 minutes wall from two beaches.

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay! I went there during Easter break 2023, first week of April, with my 2 daughters (7 and 10) and my parents. The house was clean and in excellent condition with full furniture and appliances. Wi-Fi works fine so we could stream some movies. It has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each of them, which worked fine for us. The house doesn't have air conditioner, but opening the garden door that access to the swimming pool helps as there's always wind blowing around, making it pleasant. The swimming pool is not big and the water is really cold, but still the kids had lot of fun swimming. It was not busy at all during this week even though it was Easter. The location is fine but you still need a car for easy transportation (there was a bus but it is not that frequent). The area could be windy but enjoyable with the sunny hot days (El Medano is well known for surfing, windsurf, paragliding, etc). The administrator was kind and always available by phone, and Claudio, who provides maintenance to the houses, was really helpful with good tips about Tenerife. I definitely recommend this accommodation :)

I missed a vacuum cleaner as the floor could get dusty easily, especially with kids going out to the swimming pool every 5min. The showers could have more pressure.
