Disappointing

I will not go back. I canceled reservation for next weekend

The pool was nice. The room service was very nice and the front desk at check out was very nice.

There was no tub. I could not get on to.wifi. To.have to.sign up to marriot app or pay $13 was wrong. Even then I tried every way to do it and could not. Front desk was not helpful when she finally looked up from her computer to answer my question. The breakfast buffet was cold and uninviting, to have to access the room service menu from the TV with a very flaky remote was difficult and to have to use the same body wash as the many people before me in the shower wS disgusting

Exceptional

I would say this hotel was exceptional because staff was so welcoming and kind.

Friendly professional staff. Very clean room. Food on property was very good and wait staff was helpful as we were in a hurry ver accommodating.

Outside pool area needs work. No monitoring in the exercise room where very young children were behaving badly and disrespectful of equipment.

Awful time was had by all!

The location was good. It was close to everything

Had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the toilet overflowed. Then the a/c unit in the new room screeched the whole time. I did not sleep the entire night. Then when we were taking showers and getting ready to leave we found the sink leaking all over the floor. Just not a good experience at all!

Disappointing

Arrived and checked in. Room given had not been cleaned. Second room we were given was also not cleaned. Finally a third room was found that had been cleaned. Very disappointed in Marriott.

See remarks above. Marriott needs to work on their housekeeping.
