The suite didnt have basic amenities such as utensils, mugs, no coffee. We got a suite room with jacuzzi but there wasnt any bath robe

Its just a neat place to spend some days away from home.

Its clean, modern and pretty close to the strip. The pool area is big and there are many things to do!

Very nice hotel well located just at the start of the strip

We didnt get service in our room, no cleaning, no towels, nothing, even if we requested 3 times during the day

Concierge was really busy and had really long wait each time we made a call. Left something in room after checkout but concierge staff only could help with admin task to get key and we had to go back to hotel and then room on my own to find item. Usually have more staff help at other hotels if similar situation.

I was told that our parking would be free because we were military. When we exited the parking lot we still had to pay. Very annoying

An enjoyable stay!

The Mandalay Bay is a beautiful hotel with a good choice of rooms, restaurants and facilities. The pool area was lovely but as some of the pools were not open it meant we were crammed in like sardines around the main pool. A bit more space would have made pool time more enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hated the stale cigarette smoke in the casinos so spent very little time there.
