The place is a scam, a fraud.

The idea of having a spa night over Christmas. However, hotel decided to closed the spa without notice.

The fact that I paid for something I didn't receive.

We stayed here with our children - the staff was beyond accommodating and welcoming. Everything was just excellent! Checked in earlier, kids received coloring books, spectacular room with a view, balcony, perfect location, perfectly clean room, very nice breakfast. I know for sure - we'll come back and stay at this hotel again!

A great hotel with friendly staff

The facilities were excellent and every member of staff we encountered couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful. My kids love the three pools (the poolside bar was great and service was excellent so we enjoyed ourselves too). The breakfasts were great with plenty of options and the members club at the top of the hotel provided greats drinks and canaps in the late afternoon. I really cant overstate how professional and friendly every member of staff we met was, I work in the hotel industry and have travelled all over the world and I cant remember ever being so impressed by so many people in one hotel.

This is a personal thing but the location is a bit out of the way from places like Valletta. As we like to go into the city in the evening this did make travelling back and forth time consuming and expensive. That being said, there are many nice places to eat surrounding the hotel if you want to venture out.

A wonderful stay in an excellent location that provides great services

Extremely helpful staff at reception or in the restaurant or those providing services. They immediately gave us an upgrade to our room and checked us in with ease and friendliness. They guided us to the best places around the hotel. The cleaning services were great and prompt and the food is delicious. The view from the upper terrace is beautiful.

I liked everything, but they could do with more variety and services in the upper exclusive lounge

Nice, clean hotel with perfect staff.

Staff, everywhere, specially in the M club! Mr. Alex, the general manager come to us, to say hello,almost every evening, very polite. Clean room, nice view, if you have a sea view room, I recommend it. Wifi works perfect.

The connection to the beach which is public.

Best time in Malta.

This is by far the best value in Malta for a vacation stay. I have now been to Malta 4 times, and this was the BEST. You can not beat the facilities. The 3 pools are a dream. The breakfast was great, and the staff was beyond accommodating. The rooms were very nice and the beds were great. I think that the location is also very good. St. Julian is not as busy as Slima, I wish I could give this hotel a better rating than excellent, but one does not exist. I would if I could.
