Housekeeping is appalling. We checked in dropped bags and left. On our return we went to make a cup of tea and found a nappy in the bin. I went straight to reception to report it and the lady said shed send the housekeeping manager to clean the room as I questioned how clean it was if thats been missed. When he arrived I wanted to ask about the cleaning aside from the bin there was a dirty teaspoon and only a bit of toilet paper and no replacement. He knocked on door said Im here to empty the bin and walked out while I was talking to him!! I didnt bother going back down as i thought if thats the attitude of the cleaning manager what else will be done. Upon leaving I stripped one bed ti ensure it was made for the next guests. to discover bloodstains Im the mattress, no cover. I reported all of this to reception who couldnt apologise enough offered complimentary drinks which I refused and says it wasnt the first complaint theyd had about housekeeping. I was rushing to leave but did request follow up contact regarding this as I had a very uncomfortable night wondering if I was actually sleeping in a clean bed
