The room size and style

Where do I start 1. No parking on the premises 2. Fencing all around the hotel making it hard to cross the street 3. Bus stop infront of hotel is closed 4. We ordered room service twice during the trip that never arrived not to mention they don't answer the phone and you have to call the receptionist to place it and still don't get it 5. The dining area isn't properly cleaned up after each customer so you find food on seats and floor under table 6. The shampoo bottle was empty so no shampoo in bathroom 7. The bathroom needs non slip floor mats they have only 1

Couldnt fault the staff or the room, just the noisy cleaners in the morning let it down. But would still return in futu

Room was lovely so spacious with lovely view

Cleaner were very loud constantly slamming other doors from 8:30 onwards, no long lies could be had.
