Exceptional

I had a very positive experience during my stay. The host was exceptionally accommodating. Despite our delayed flight and train, we only arrived at the property around midnight. The host patiently waited for our arrival. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed. I appreciate the warm and welcoming hospitality, and I would highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers.

The neighbours are a bit scary.

Wonderful stay, would highly recommend,, be mindful if solo in this neighbourhood at night though.

Hosts were super organised, attentive and flexible. The room itself was perfect for my use, secure, had everything I needed, good size and good facilities.

I didn't realise the neighbourhood was not the best, and was warned by several cab drivers/locals not to walk around at night in this area, not that this is a fault of the hosts, just something to be mindful of when booking if travelling alone (particularly as a woman).

Nice and clean but too hot for warm summer days.

Host was super helpful and apartment was designed very nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Apartment was very close to metro (train) so it was good connected with tourist attractions.

It was too hot to stay in apartment during the day because there is no air conditioner. During the night we would open window for some fresh air. Neighbourhood was ok, but not really with Paris vibe and places where you would like to sit on the terrace and enjoy environment.

Very nice apartment, convenient situated next to metro station (Aubevillier), 25 min away from Paris center (place Concorde). Quiet and very clean. Had everything we needed. The owner very kind allowed us an early check-in and a later check out. Comfortable bed and new furniture and appliances. We stayed 3 nights and i strongly recommend it.
