Staff was very nice and friendly, really liked them. Parking was very nice, right next to the hotel. Location of the hotel is very good, close to everything. It was quiet and beds were very nice.

Before arrival I kindly asked many times for Sphere view and when I arrived I didn't get it. Prices are high.

Disappointing

So disappointed with this Hotel and there is no transparency at all

Space of the Room and furniture not that old

1) The Hotel charge me for Wifi without notifying me via the booking.com neither reception team. 2) The Hotel did not notify me the car parking is not free and neither the reception. ( which led to extra charge. 3) The reception during check in / out team required more skills to deal with foreign tourists especially during Hotel check in the guy did not even response to my apology when I did not get him when he ask me if I have Car. 4) The rate of the Hotel was different from booking inclusive the Tax and VAT ( I paid extra 80$ )
