Superb

I had a wonderful stay.

Location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were extremely polite and honest.

Breakfast option could be better. Gym facility is totally missing.

Good.

The food at this hotel is something i'd recommend. The room facing the lake is good and i'd only and always recommend that room.

I feel the pricing is still on a higher side. if you're opting for a taxi for the airport, chances are the driver may be very rude. i think the hotel should always check the behaviour of the driver before the guests go anywhere.

Good place for an overnight stopover.

Excellent location and view from the room. was perfect. Very good,if you have to spend just a day in transit. Room size small but clean.

Room service and hotel breakfast are not upto the mark. Meal times for room service very restricted.

Disappointing

Disappointing stay in a room with no natural light and no hot water. Needs to update payment methods on booking to state

Everything seemed clean - towels and linen

We booked one of the cheaper rooms but it did not have any natural light - only internal windows. There was also a window above the door into the corridor so light streamed in all night. No hot water in the shower and location make it challenging to get a taxi. We had a big problem with being informed multiple hours after check in that we would need to pay for the stay in cash and there was an ATM up the road. This was completely unacceptable that it was not said in advance which meant our cards were charged at the atm. This property is not suitable for foreign tourists unless they can start accepting international cards as they only seem to take Indian cards. The charge for a taxi to the airport was very expensive. We used Uber which was 5x cheaper.

Peaceful, clean, and comfortable stay

Professional and welcoming staff. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view. Breakfast was excellent - the best Ive had at a hotel in India. Nice and quiet too.

Location isnt central, but the area is fine - lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
