Wonderful experience

Staff were very friendly and our room was always clean and refreshed. The added details to our room daily was a lovely added touch. Conceige was extremely friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable and had a good feel.l.

The drilling at 6am one morning and the room's coffee was not very pleasant..

One of the best hotels in the world

The service was impeccable and so friendly. The room was beautiful - great size, super comfortable bed and sheets, bathroom had every accoutrement and the design of the whole room was amazing. Breakfast lovely too

Property is beautiful, detailed, takes you back to another era of Parisian luxury. Rooms are large and spacious, and covered with every detail you can imagine. The bathrooms are covered with marble, spacious, and will surpass your expectations - I know, its a bathroom, but its fantastic - heated floors, Japanese toilets, rain shower with great water pressure, an awesome stand alone soaker tub. The staff is impeccable, friendly, and always wanting to provide sunshine to your day.
