We basically just slept there...arrived too late in the evening and had to leave early

The location of this hotel is great. You're right on the main road with most of the pigeon forge main activities. I think the only thing I didn't care for was the fact that it is right in front of a cemetery and funeral home.

The view of the cemetery....unfortunately if you stay in the back rooms, when you open your window in the morning all you'll see is a cemetery...

This was a pleasant stay and contributed to a wonderful vacation.

-Fresh hot breakfast (daily) -Minutes away from Dollywood, Tanger Outlets, all attractions, and Starbucks. -Housekeepers were kind and provided resources we needed. -Safe environment -Accommodated our sweet pup for an additional cost.

Need to honor what was told about returning something that was left.

Everything was fine, until I checked out and realized that we left a nice name purple pillow. I called and the desk person said they would send to us. We have not received anything .

Great location, breakfast was one of the best weve had at a hotel and our concierge was awesome

Very convenient location but a little hard to find the correct road

Parking was a little small for our vehicle - we have a big truck - but weve come to expect that in most places

The breakfast was awesome. The second room they had to move us too was good

The staff at check-in was awful . I had reservations for a deluxe room. Was put in a standard room. It smelled cat urine all over the room. Made headaches. Hard time breathing face swelling. Finally after complaining for 3rd time we were moved too the correct room. Pillows were awful. If I could gotten a refund I would. But that's what u get for booking thru priceline. No refunds. Never again.
