    I didnt like the loud people next to me all dam night long and nothing was done . I really wish I could get a free night or refund outside n the breeze way screaming kids and being loud .. just rude

    Ok for a place needed in a pinch but would not stay again and only worth it on sale
    The staff was very nice
    The sheets felt like crinkled paper, the comforter was way too thin, the showerhead was spraying way too high causing water to get everywhere even if the knob was only slightly on, also shower/shower head seemed very dirty, walking around my feet got black 2-3 times from the dust, no real sound control you could easily hear between the walls and from the outside.

    The morning staff was very nice
    The night staff was unfriendly. There was mold all over the room (especially shower and tub) and stains on the bedding, and the thin/worn out towels. When the AC turned on it also smelled like mold. Lots of people coming and going at all hours of the night. They claim to be pet friendly but there are no areas for dogs to go potty and the areas that are there are just dirt filled with trash and weeds.

    The day staff were amazing and very caring while also being talkative and informative of information about things to do.
    That when I went to schedule and then pay for my stay; found out that residents of amarillo have to put down a hundred dollar deposit while paying for their room even thought there was nothing on booking.com stating that and if I would have known then I would not have booked a few more nights at this location.

    Serviceable but very dirty.
    Convenient and economical.
    Carpet was filthy, the shower curtain was moldy, there was blood on the comforter, our keys had to be reprogrammed each day of our stay.
