Dirty under the beds, feathers & make up under the bed that floated out and onto the floor where my kids were playing

Mattresses were soft with little back support. Cups were dirty and coffee and ice bags were not replenished daily.

Staff was professional and pleasant. Breakfast was good.

Our bathroom was not clean. The rooms did not get warm. A space heater was sent to one of the rooms. No one could fix the problem. We rented two rooms.
