Our stay was clean and comfortable

The property was clean and easy to get to from the city.

There was a lack of staff around the building. Checking in and out it was difficult to find someone.

Lost and just lost

I normally would say this my favorite hotel when I stay in indy. The room is excellent and the hot doesn't have that 15 min timer on like some do.

I had left in a bit of a hurry and left 2 6 packs of coke and a frozen Stauffer meal and an opened pack of boneless wings in the fridge. About $20 worth of unopened items. I called only to be told.to call back in a few minutes. I called back in 20 min only to be told all my food and soda had been "thrown away". Yeah right. No one in their right.mind would throw that away. Due to some unexpected expenses money has become extremely.tight and I did appreciate losing my next 2 meals. Hope they enjoyed the bbq.

Too much dirty, and too much front manager, rude and front staff is very bad, rude behavior, and so many rude. Every staff is not good property and no good facility and dirty, dirty staff and dirty too much Hotel and too much dirty mattress and dirty toilet and everything is very dirty.

Me all public say please no stay this property is very dirty and too much dirty stuff front manager, so many dirty behavior and too much dirty rooms please no come everything

Nice hotel...not so good breakfast

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location.

Breakfast was horrible. The sausage links were gross. The French toast sticks were hard. The bagels were hard. It was like everything was leftover from who knows when.

Solid overnight stay on cross country car trip

Was a great suite with a door to close between two rooms as well as two full bathrooms

In a room with a sofa bed, it would be nice to have an additional blanket or comforter in the room rather than having to separately request one.

Would never stay there again and makes me question if I should cancel next La Quinta.

It was a good location for us.

The rooms, especially the bathroom were not clean. The were still pills and paper from a former visitor on the floor. There was no coffee available in the morning. The sign that said sorry for the inconvenience, no coffee this morning seem to have been taped there for some time. When we went to the front desk to checkout there was a sign there that said, "be back in 5 minutes. Enjoy the complimentary coffer while you wait." That was a joke! There is always an alternative way to provide coffer for guests! We were awakened early in the morning by the tramping on a treadmill. Unfortunately our room was next to the fitness room.
