I was thinking to give rating 9 but given the most lovely staff, I changed it to 10. I believe most ppl here would agree with the kindest staff. There's some family vibe here compared to other big resort chains. Facilities are fine - well cared, clean. Staff are 24/7 there to fix any of your issues. But those are pretty old. Breakfast is dope - surprisingly they change the menu every day with so many choices. Always delicious. Thank you so much! We would be so happy to come back!!!

Location especially near Resort the road is a disaster. Taxis are lost. Wasn't a big issue for us as we stayed for 3 nights. Resort offers free car to a beach nearby then you can stay one full day in the resort but it was a bit struggle to go out and come back.

Excellent hospitality!

Excellent service, kindness and pool. The rooms were a good size and the pool was excellent. The food was good and the staff were truly outstanding.

It is around a 10 minute golf buggy ride to the beach but the water and beach there is lovely!

This is a lovely resort. Very much in nature yet still close to local restaurants and beaches. We used the free bicycles to get around. Truly relaxing time here!

Exceptional place for a get-a-way.

The communcation with the accommodation via booking.com was quick. Ordering the airport shuttle was uncomplicated. The welcome and checkin was a treat and heartwarming. The whole property is stunning. Breakfast was great. I have to point out the tasty coffee which was largely above the usual hotel standard. Staff was very friendly and welcoming towards the guests. The room was very large and clean. Nothing to complain here. In the end I had a great stay at Kingo and can recommend staying without hesitation.

Guests staying here have to be aware of two things which DID NOT spoiled the experience staying here. First the location is very far and remote from everything else especially if you like exploring by walking like me. I was very surprised by that fact. The other thing is the shower which needs several minutes to warm up after the water is starting to run. There is a heads up in the information sheets in the room reagarding that but I think it should be communicated more clearly.

After a busy 2 weeks hiking and biking in the north, Kingo Reaort was exactly what we needed to recharge before heading

The staff were so helpful and kind, we felt like royalty during our stay. The bungalows, the food, the pool, we loved all of it.

It was a little ways to get to a nice beach. We were sad to see all of the construction up the road where the beach used to be. They did include a free beach shuttle though! And it will be nice once construction is finished.

Spectacular rooms, breakfast, facilities and most of all excellent service.

Exceptional service. Everything very clean and hygienic. Modern facilities. Fantastic well kept garden. Top notch staff. Everything was just working and no hassle whatsoever. Excellent breakfast. Very calm and relaxing. I would have favored to skip the lounge/restaurant music sometimes. We stayed there 18 nights and listened to Whitney Houstons I will always love you maybe 100 times Again, excellent staff we felt so welcomed our best hotel during our month stay in Vietnam.

Quite far away from the beach,- but free shuttlebus service works excellent. Quite far from more restaurants if you have a toddler you can not utilize bicycle.
