- Staffs arent attentive and friendly in general - No service at the poolside; guests have to fight for the nice sunbed (only 9 of them); no one to welcome you nor take care of you: you hardly see staffs around - at breakfast, you see servicing area with 3 big plastic trays and waitstaffs reorganized used dishes (simply gross) - only 1 box of tissues for the King suite which we just found it ridiculous - they forgot to make up the room one morning - used plates were left outside of the door from late afternoon till next noon still no one picked up - the worst is we had to lug our luggage to our car as we scheduled luggage pick up at 9am, no one came until 09:20 so we managed on our own. The worst of the worst is the staffs at the front lobby saw us doing it and still didnt offer any assistance - there is absolutely no one experience that we found it amazing - last but not least, the gowns in the room stinks - the most attentive staff was the one who came to our room to check the mini bar and took photos of the mini bar area. He came few minutes after I called guest service to arrange luggage pick up at 9am

Nice resort. Amazing room. Mid distance between Chaweng and Bophut

Unfortunately the waves bring a lot of rubbish on the beach. Lack of staff and therefore poor service. Not at the level of a 5 stars hotel.

Amazing place!

All the staff was very kind. Very relaxing and beautiful place. Wonderful swimming pools, amazing SPA. Very good and diverse breakfast, very fine restaurants. All you can wish for a wonderful holiday.

The air conditioning was difficult to turn off, but the management and staff were very responsive and helpful. The sea was full of algae, but the swimming pools were a great alternative.

Could not have been better.

This was honestly the best hotel we have been to so far. It is impressive how professional, friendly and considerate not a single staff member but every single person working there was. E.g. when we walked near someone with a leaf blower at work, they stopped their work and greeted us and waited until we were far away so we would not be bothered by the noise. When we brought back the bikes we used from the hotel, someone came running out so we didn't have to move the bikes to where they belong. Our blankets got replaced twice a day and the room service was thorough. The breakfast was amazing and I can highly recommend the the fish restaurant as well for dinner. Everything about the room and the hotel was very modern and felt spacious. We used the cleaning service once and the shirts were pressed better than I could myself. There was really nothing that we felt needed to be improved.
